SkyWay Technology Partner ReportThe inaugural visit to SkyWay Australia’s head office in Adelaide, South Australia was the basis of a SkyWay Technology Partner Report by Rod Hook. It was a significant milestone for the company that has been in operation since October 2015. The visit focused on the bespoke projects being pursued in SkyWay Australia’s Market Deployment and Commercialization Strategy.

These projects have been carefully selected by SkyWay Australia as they are projects that can reach financial close over the next year, are financed by the private sector and can be built and operating within a period of 6 months. The bespoke projects SkyWay Australia is pursuing are both freight and passenger solvers and are models that can be duplicated easily to apply and resolve similar transport needs across Australia.

Dr. Anatoly Yunitskiy’s presence in Australia was a critical step for SkyWay Australia’s commercialization strategy as it provided him with an opportunity to view each project area with local project constituents and become familiar with the character, surrounding land uses, features and challenges relating to each project. He will now take this information and work with his designers in Belarus to further refine design concepts for each project.

These are commercially sensitive bespoke projects and only limited information can be released until project and financing agreements have been reached. The visit to Australia also provided an opportunity to showcase Australia’s steel manufacturing capability – a critical service requirement when building SkyWay systems in Australia. As a result of last week’s visit, an agreement to work with a preferred supplier is now being developed.

Hyperloop String-rail Technology averages the price for 1 km (in both directions) of the equipped high-speed String-rail technology SkyWay route in the range of $ 3-5 million – on flat terrain; $ 5-7 million – in offshore areas when placing a route over water; $ 7-10 million – in the mountains and $ 10-15 million – when placed in a pipe (laid afloat in a water column, along the seabed or under the bottom).

Correspondingly, the cost of 1 km (IN ONE direction) of the Hyperloop (vacuum pipe) is significantly higher than $ 100 million + a lot of other incomparable costs … At this point, of course, the developers of the HYPERLOOP will not tell the exact price for 1 km, until they construct a vacuum pipe-pipe. But, knowing, for example, that a conventional monorail road costs $ 50-60 million per 1 km, you can easily be guided by the fact that the cost of $ 100 million and more per 1 km of vacuum HYPERLOOP is completely within reason and justified. Given that with a difference of 1 atmosphere, the pressure per 1 sq. M = 10.3+ tons … It must be guessed of what material, what volume and what complex construction should be not only applied to the rolling compounds of the Hyperloop and its doors but also, the vacuum tube itself to withstand pressure in millions of tons (1kv.m = 10.3t)! Including the rest of the non-simple vacuum transport track system inside of the pipe to exclude any deformation of all internal elements.

Hyperloop String-rail Technology videos and pictures of the Hyperloop should not be considered, as the arguments and facts of “beauty, simplicity, and convenience”, as they are drawn by designers, not competent engineers-inventors. The fact is that Hyperloop implementation is possible.

However, the complexity, speed, and cost of construction, resource intensity, security and other parameters are not competitive with SkyWay. With SkyWay string-rail technology, in principle, it is impossible to compete with The New Generation Transport System.

Hyperloop String-rail Technology Certification is revealed by the fact that Hyperloop One has only recently, July 2017, conducted its first full test of its high-speed system. It only traveled 70 MPH. It was a private demonstration.

Hyperloop String-rail TechnologyThis is contrasted by the fact that in the EcoTechnoPark, the SkyWay string-rail technology is undergoing certification. In September, the acceptance tests of the first SkyWay rolling stock prototypes were launched: a unibike and a 14-passenger unibus. Within two weeks, the first rolling stock prototypes were tested: 2-passenger Unibike U4-621 and Unibus U4-210. The tests were performed according to the special methods developed by the certifying organization for electrified wheeled vehicles, not by “private demonstration.”

A large part of the work being done while creating the SkyWay String-rail technology remains unnoticed. EcoTechnoPark is the tip of the iceberg. The underlying clear ice is the science that produces the design for the engineering to manufacture and construct SkyWay product.

The professionals, under the direction and leadership of the Industry Captain and SkyWay Intellectual Property designer and owner, Anatoly Yunitskiy, have passed enough certification, allowing a Memorandum of Understanding to be signed between the University of Indonesia and PT. SkyWay Technologies Indonesia. This MOU provides for a SkyWay elevated train to reduce the number of vehicles that enter the UI campus.

Previously the University of Indonesia planned to build a monorail, but, it was considered inefficient because of high costs.

Our collaboration with UI will be the benchmark for all the projects that we are going to implement in Indonesia. They want to arrange coverage of 26 faculties (5 of them are public and connected to the UI Hospital, neighboring Depok City & Jakarta City). They are ready to support us as our strategic partners in the government (permit & certification), Educational Programs Committee and in financing. This week we will prepare our working group and next Monday will start to work on preparing the preliminary data, feasibility study, society awareness (we will create the SkyWay Station Design Competition) and a fundraising program. On November 15, 2017, we will arrange the Seminar “Transport of the Future”, determine the Award to the Winner of the Station Design Competition, and launch the fundraising program. String TechnologyThe Deputy Prime Minister of The Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Semashko, visited Anatoly Yunitskiy, founder of the innovative String Technology developer, “SkyWay Technologies Co.”, on September 28, 2017. The EcoTechnoPark visit was to learn about how the Belarusian company uses string technology to develop the New Generation Transport System. The Deputy Prime Minister’s first introduction to SkyWay technology occurred during the Belarusian-Indian Forum in New Delhi, India, September 11, 2017.

A mainstay of SkyWay string technology is its unibus. During the beginning week of October 2017, the initial trial runs of a unibus on a slack track structure in SkyWay EcoTechnoPark were done. These tests provide the acceptance testing of SkyWay rolling stock. The 14-passenger unibus executed the performance trials on a slack track structure in various operating modes, including its fully loaded weight of 3.5 tons.

Right off the bat, at the middle of the 400-m center point span, its speed exceeded 80 km/h. The next milestone is 100 km/h, and then the maximum, between the high intermediate supports, which the span will also allow.

String TechnologyOne of the important features of SkyWay string technology is its versatility ― all types of suspended SkyWay rolling stock can be used with different types of transport systems. One week prior to this, a 2-seat unibike was tested on the truss structure. Additionally, the current tests make sure it is possible to use heavy SkyWay vehicles on a similar type of track structure. The string technology allows crossing water and other obstacles without building bridges, tunnels, flyovers, etc.

STRING TRANSPORT WILL SUCCEED UNDOUBTEDLY

The Institute of Railways and Structures under the Russian University of Transport (MIIT) has affirmed that  STRING TRANSPORT WILL SUCCEED UNDOUBTEDLY. Many have doubted, even the proven success of SkyWay technology has not changed their minds. They have been wrong since 2006, according to Professor Vladimir Fridkin.

STRING TRANSPORT WILL SUCCEED UNDOUBTEDLYDirected by the MIIT management, SkyWay EcoTechnoPark was visited by MIIT’s Professor of the “Bridges and Tunnels” Department, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Vladimir Fridkin. A planned signed cooperation agreement between the University and the SkyWay project was set for following the visit. The promising areas of cooperation include the joint study of specific technical conditions for various types of SkyWay string-rail overpasses. In the near future, a working group comprised of representatives from both the organizations will be created for this purpose.

The beginning of the MIIT cooperation that started with Dr. Fridkin’s visit has a special historical significance in the development of string-rail transport. In 2006, the MIIT specialists prepared a negative expert examination on the unique string transport. SkyWay Technology General Designer, Anatoly Yunitskiy, has preserved, in his archive, the University’s expert examination correspondence, which was conducted at that time under conditions that lacked data on the technology and a limited time resource of two weeks. SkyWay provided MIIT a small number of materials, including a CD-ROM with the report of academician A. Yunitskiy, “Feasibility study on creating Unitsky String Transport (UST) in the city of Khabarovsk,” […] Any specific guidance in terms of loads, speeds, etc. was not given. MIIT was proposed to use the extensive information on UST available in print and online.”

Thus, the examination was in fact performed on the basis of promotional materials, without reference to the results of experimental design models, works, schemes, and design documentation that has been repeatedly pointed out by Anatoly Yunitskiy and is confirmed by its expert examination Contractor.

Vladimir Fridkin’s testimony confirms the fact that the experts did not have enough data for an objective assessment of the functionality and safety of string transport, String Transport Will Succeed Undoubtedly: 

– MIIT did an expert examination of the string transport some time ago and it was negative. What can you say about it?

– Yes. I was its participant. At that time there was no knowledge of that solution for passage over the bridge pylons. And it was one of the most important nuances, which I doubted. Besides, it seemed to me that these systems would not be productive and efficient.

– If you were doing the expert examination of the string transport today, what would be your opinion?

– Only positive. String Transport Will Succeed Undoubtedly. Now we are going to work on perfection and preparation of various available special materials and technical conditions for its implementation and operation.

In 2016, SkyWay Technology Intellectual Property Protection, including several applications for the international registration of major SkyWay technology brand designations, was submitted to economically developed countries of the world.  The patents of the Republic of Belarus, on samples of major types of commercial SkyWay vehicles, unibike, unibus, unicar, etc. were received and their patent protection worldwide has also been launched. March 2017 obtained the registration certificates on five commercial samples in Australia and eleven further registration certificates for commercial samples in the territories of 23 European Community countries, as well as three patents in China and five in Japan. Additionally, the Russian Federation granted three patents for inventions related to various types of the SkyWay transport system.

During 2016 and through early 2017, SkyWay Technologies Co. has submitted to EAPO (Eurasian Patent Organization) ten applications for Eurasian patents on groups of inventions, each comprised of 2 to 5 inventions, for example, “SkyWay transport system and the method for its assembling (variants)” and related international applications for inventions to WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) with the purpose to obtain patents for inventions in dozens of the world’s countries.

SkyWay Technology Brings Low Cost

SkyWay Technology brings both construction and operations low cost. These and other facts were shared at the Belarusian-Indian business forum, from September 11, 2017, New Delhi, India. During the time of visiting President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko. According to BelTA news agency, the Belarusian delegation included Government members, Ministers of various sectors, CEOs and professionals from various Agencies, along with a number of Belarusian enterprises and Companies.

The Indian side was represented at the event by several dozens of CEOs and representatives of across the board Indian companies, including pharmaceutics, food industry, trade and investments, export and import operations, implementation of infrastructure projects, petrochemicals, information technologies and services, healthcare, financial services, mining sector, engineering, wood processing, education, biotechnology, and more.

SkyWay Cometh!

SkyWay Technologies Co. will participate in the India–Belarus business forum in New Delhi organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The event is scheduled for September 11, 2017. Talks on the expansion of economic ties between the two countries and discussions of bilateral business cooperation between Indian and Belarusian venturers are to be held within the forum’s framework. The company’s representatives will come as a part of the Belarus official delegation. During the forum, a number of documents are expected to be signed, including the Memorandum of Understanding with the state of Maharashtra.

India’s population is second in the world only to China, but the country has surpassed the rest of the world in the pace of economic growth. For instance, at the end of the financial year, its GDP growth is to reach 7.6% against 6.9% in China, booming investments and demographics, as well as falling oil prices being beneficial for India. However, this rapid growth has brought about new problems and aggravated the already existing ones, as the transport infrastructure development falls behind the average pace of the state.

It took transportation from the pre-industrial era (1700-1800) to the industrial revolution (1800-1870) through the emergence of modern transportation systems (1870-1920) to set the current state of the transportation system. Each of those transitions was enabled by underlying economic and technological innovation. These resulted in a corresponding social advancement of humankind. There was much resistance from one transition to the other.

SkyWay High-Speed Rail has endured its fair share of corporate resistance. Its experience in Lithuania provides the example. It was labeled a fraud. The dominant technology provider that will become disrupted by SkyWay technology was the catalyst of the false accusations. The situation has been resolved and Mr. Yunitskiy has prevailed.

The Regional Prosecutor’s office of Vilnius has terminated the pre-trial investigation of the case against the firms created by Anatoly Yunitskiy ― engineer, entrepreneur, and SkyWay Technology inventor ― accused by the Lithuanian press of espionage in favor of Russia. It is the end of the sensational story that lasted for about three years and received different opinions in the domestic and foreign media during its time. Within those years, Anatoly Yunitskiy successfully moved over to Belarus, where EcoTechnoPark has been built in the town of Maryina Gorka, and the country received over 300 high-tech jobs.

The General designer of SkyWay transport, Anatoly Yunitskiy commented, “The Lithuanian legal system has not only demonstrated its incompetence but also caused serious damage to the business reputation of the SkyWay transport brand and to me, its creator. We will file a counter-suit for compensation of damages and loss of profits. We have successfully completed the relocation of the business to a neighboring country, where the climate for innovations, in contrast to Lithuania and many other European countries, is positive. As the proverb says, ― “all in its proper time”, and now it’s time for everyone to answer for his or her actions”.

In 2014, Anatoly Yunitskiy, founded, in Lithuania, companies that were supposed to both, build a test site and create for it, all of the SkyWay transport types: freight, urban and intercity high-speed (with speeds up to 500 km/h). For this purpose, a plot of land was rented in the Free Economic Zone Siauliai, equipped with an office in Vilnius, and an employed staff.

It was called the Anatoly Center, developing in Lithuania, the disruptive SkyWay string transport that was to raise the Lithuanian economy by 3 times in 10 years. SkyWay technology has no world analogs at its level of efficiency, safety, and eco-friendliness. However, after a series of publications in the Lithuanian media, the Prosecutor’s office initiated an investigation, the activities of the companies were terminated and all the assets were frozen. The press began to vilify the innovator, to suspect Yunitskiy in illegal financial operations and even in espionage favoring Russia, under the guise of creating a test center of Skyway technologies near a NATO base. The SkyWay transport project was described within the high-levels of the Lithuanian government as a “threat to national security.” The erroneous description grew into a short-term hysteria with pronounced anti-Russian overtones.

During their three-year investigation, Lithuanian authorities failed to collect any data confirming the unfair practices suspicion, claimed about the management of the companies that intended to create a SkyWay transport demonstration and certification center. Not being able to continue working in Siauliai, Yunitskiy moved over to his home country, Belarus, where he is successfully working on the creation, demonstration, and promotion of his transport technologies under the SkyWay brand.

Therefore, the failure of the Lithuanian authorities to find any wrongdoing forced the termination of the investigation, all illegally applied temporary restrictions to the rights of ownership for the funds, securities and other properties available to the SkyWay organizations were canceled. During this two-year time period, Yunitskiy created SkyWay Technologies Co. The Company has grown to 320 professionals in the fields of engineering, architecture, design, construction, automated control systems, and more. It has its own production facility and is already testing three full-scale SkyWay transport complexes (rolling stock, rail-string overpasses and automated systems of control, safety, energy supply and communications) on the 36-hectare Demonstration and Certification Center, EcoTechnoPark.

As a result, SkyWay string transport is an efficient, fully-featured mode of communication systems at the final stage of certification. The new generation transport system has attracted developmental interests with the governments of India, Indonesia, Australia, Philippines, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia and several other countries. Being comprised of the five technological breakthroughs of the past: 1) Textile machinery; Steam engine, 2) Railways, 3) Electric power, 4) Petrochemistry; Automobile production and 5) the Internet, to produce the sixth technological breakthrough, the SkyWay Transport Era, SkyWay High-Speed Rail is a disruptive technology.
